must appear in the batch file. It may be populated or left
blank.
}KSDE does not
require the last four digits of the SSN be provided in D12 on KIDS
records.
}It is up to the
discretion of the district to include the last four digits of the SSN.
If a district decides to use SSN on KIDS records, they must use the
last four digits or leave the field blank.
